I observe how presence occupies space.
Exhibition: Tea with My Fur Child — Another Room: Salon des Refusés, Gallery 881 (Vancouver), April 2026.
I’m a photographer drawn to the ways presence shapes space, and to the subtle relationship between living beings and the environments they move through.
My work often begins with architecture, landscape, or the built environment, with attention to light, framing, scale, and structure. Within these spaces, I look for small gestures of presence whether it is a figure passing through, pausing, waiting, resting, or simply inhabiting a moment.
I photograph in both color and black and white. My images reflect an interest in stillness, atmosphere, and the quiet emotional weight a place can hold. I see photography as both a way of noticing and a way of returning: to fleeting gestures, to overlooked forms, and to the quiet beauty of how we move through the world.
I am based in British Columbia, Canada.
